Aloneness #3 reflects the tension of thresholds—between shadow and light, safety and vulnerability. The figure leans from a wall of black into a void of white, caught in the space between. Unlike Aloneness #1 and #2, this piece is stripped down, relying on stark contrast. The emptiness feels both isolating and full of possibility. For me, the red sun is essential—it anchors the work, a heartbeat of life within the silence. This painting is about living at the edge, holding presence in the in-between, and embracing solitude as a place where contrasts meet and meaning quietly emerges.
