Fragile Gravity (2025) contemplates the fine line between control and collapse. The diagonal plane and suspended sphere create a visual metaphor for balance under pressure, while layered textures below suggest turbulence and change. The dragonfly, light and ephemeral, embodies resilience and grace within instability. I sought to express the tension between physical weight and emotional lightness—the idea that balance is never permanent but constantly renegotiated. Through the interplay of structure, texture, and color, Fragile Gravity becomes a meditation on fragility and endurance, on how stillness can exist, briefly, within motion.
Fragile Gravity belongs to Contemporary Abstract Expressionism with influences from Geometric Abstraction and Symbolic Minimalism. Combining structured form and gestural texture, it explores the intersection of emotion and balance—where color, symbol, and geometry converge to evoke both tension and serenity.
